Shipping Policy
Our target delivery date is within 3-5 working days from New Zealand to Australia locations via Fedex. Any orders placed outside of city centres (rural) may be placed on a third part freight forwarder.
An order confirmation will be forwarded to the contact details you provided once your order has been placed. A Fedex tracking number will follow once your order has been packed and placed on the courier.
Order cancellations for refunds must be emailled to sales@vitalzing.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. Fedex are very efficient and generally have orders in transit to Australia within 24 - 48 hours.
If you would like a refund, or would like to return your order after the 24 hour timeframe the shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. This is purely because shipping costs are expensive and unrefundable to our business.
